You may use this platform solely for lawful advertising purposes. Campaigns promoting illegal products, malware, deceptive content, or content that violates third-party rights are strictly prohibited.

Liability

Tara Santora provides traffic delivery services on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific conversion rates, click-through rates, or revenue outcomes for any advertising campaign.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tara Santora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, and content owned by Tara Santora remain the exclusive property of the company. You retain ownership of your own ad creatives and campaign data.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

This limitation applies regardless of the form of action — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Third Parties

The platform integrates with third-party tracking tools including Voluum, BeMob, and Google Analytics 4. Tara Santora is not responsible for the practices or performance of those services.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify support@tarasantora.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Your Rights

You may request account deletion or a full export of your campaign data at any time by contacting info@tarasantora.com. Requests are processed within 14 business days.

Changes to Terms

Tara Santora may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically for updates.
